Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

How to cancel your subscription and exercise the 7-day right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty, through the “My account” area or by contacting legal@hottestcarlist.com.
After cancellation, the vehicle remains premium and eligible for voting until the end of the period already paid for. No further charges will be made.
2. Right of withdrawal (Consumer Protection Code)
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days of the transaction, with a full refund of the amounts paid.
3. How to exercise your rights
Send a request to legal@hottestcarlist.com using the e-mail address used for the purchase. We process the reversal through Stripe, our payment processor.
The time to receive the credit depends on your card issuer, usually between 5 and 10 business days after approval.
4. Renewals
Cancelling before renewal prevents the charge for the following cycle. Renewal charges already made may be reviewed for cancellation within the statutory 7-day withdrawal period.
